Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for orders placed through plavern.com. Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, location, payment provider availability, and checkout conditions.

2. Transaction Currency

All orders on plavern.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you use a payment method or bank account issued in another currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These fees are charged by your provider and are not controlled by Exampleone.

3. Payment Security

We use secure checkout technology and trusted third-party payment providers to help protect customer payment information. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, card networks, banks, and related payment partners. Exampleone does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on our own servers.

4. Security Measures and Verification

To support payment safety and fraud prevention, checkout may use SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, transaction verification, fraud screening, address checks, payment authorization, restricted account access, and order risk review. Some orders may require additional verification before processing or shipping.

5. Payment Failure, Disputes, and Chargebacks

If payment fails, your order may not be confirmed or processed. Payment failures may happen because of incorrect card details, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, payment provider review, declined authorization, or network issues. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at service@plavern.com before opening a dispute or chargeback so we can review the order, payment status, shipping record, and refund eligibility.

6. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after refund approval. The refund will be returned through the same payment channel used for the order, such as card payment, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay where applicable. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
